Regional Manager/Quality Control - Army TAP

Job Description

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned, mission focused solutions and digital transformation company is seeking a Regional Manager/Quality Control to support our
ARMY TAP
program. The Regional Manager/Quality Control lead serves as the installation-level leader for TAP operations and quality assurance. This position manages personnel, coordinates with Government stakeholders, ensures VOW/CRS compliance, reviews service delivery quality, and supports customer service, reporting, and outreach activities. Required Skills
  • Serve as the contractor's primary point of contact with the Government at the installation level and manage on-site operations.
  • Ensure VOW/CRS services are conducted and documented in accordance with the PWS and applicable standards.
  • Lead staff to deliver high-quality customer service and transition counseling support to TAP clients.
  • Manage personnel, materials, schedules, and required monthly reports and administrative documents.
  • Coordinate site visits, employer outreach, public affairs, Pre-Separation Briefings, and DD Form 2648/eForm completion.
  • Review work performed in TAPXXI, safeguard PII, ensure mandatory training completion, and apply quality control oversight across services. required Experience
  • Master's degree preferred in Training and Development, HR Management, Counseling, or a related field, with at least 2 years of career counseling, education, or related experience; bachelor's degree accepted with relevant experience.
  • Experience managing personnel at one or more sites and coordinating transition activities with Government counterparts.
  • Experience conducting QC checks, safeguarding confidential information and PII, and ensuring requirements are completed on time.
  • Experience working directly with clients and exercising independent judgment.
  • U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a National Agency Check/background investigation. Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-site or regional TAP operations.
  • Prior experience supporting Army transition programs, employer outreach, or installation-level operations.
