About the Role As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our infrastructure products by overseeing rigorous testing protocols. You will collaborate closely with production teams to ensure every component meets high-performance standards, directly impacting the safety and durability of our finished goods. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive testing protocols, including steel tensile analysis and joint assembly evaluations, to verify product compliance. Conduct precise aggregate testing to ensure material consistency and adherence to project specifications. Document and report on fabrication and inspection outcomes to maintain accurate quality records. Provide technical guidance to production staff regarding quality control best practices and procedural requirements. Monitor manufacturing processes to identify potential deviations and implement corrective actions. Ensure all project-specific quality assurance mandates are met through diligent oversight and verification. Required Skills ACI Field Grade 1 certification. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and data management. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied outdoor environments. Strong commitment to safety protocols and consistent attendance. Preferred Skills Prior experience in quality assurance or production within the construction or heavy manufacturing sectors. Knowledge of concrete technology, welding standards, and NDT/NDE testing methods. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to facilitate effective team communication.
