Master the tolerance. Elevate the build. Impact you'll make Turn complex blueprints into production-ready parts. Set up and run manual lathes, milling machines, and grinders with confidence. Consistently achieve tight tolerances using proven manual methods. Inspect and verify every feature to ensure quality. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Tooling to improve setups and solve challenges. Keep the workspace safe, organized, and efficient. What you bring 7+ years in manual machining, including toolmaking, fixturing, and production machining. Fluency in blueprint reading and interpretation. Strong command of GD&T and machine capability/tolerances. Self-starter who also works well across teams. Quality-first mindset and clear communication skills. The basics
