Our client, industry-leading manufacturing is seeking an Entry Level Welder/Production to join their team. As an Entry Level Welder/Production, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$25/hour

• Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm - Mon-Fri - Some Saturdays Possible
• What's the Job?
• + Assist in welding and fabrication processes according to specifications + Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently + Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards + Maintain a clean and organized work environment + Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
• What's Needed?
• + Previous experience as a Welder, Fabricator, or Fabricator/Welder.

+ Proficiency in MIG, TIG, Stick, Arc, and Oxy-Fuel welding techniques.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.

+ Experience with sheet metal fabrication preferred.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

+ Familiarity with welding standards and quality requirements.

+ Forklift experience is a plus.
