Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM About the Position We are looking for a motivated Fabricator / MIG Welder to join our team. We specialize in the fabrication of high-quality, custom steel/iron railings, gates, and more. This position is ideal for someone ranging from entry-level with welding experience to an experienced fabricator looking for a long-term career opportunity. The right candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment. There are opportunities for advancement and growth as your skills and experience develop. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble custom steel railings and related metalwork MIG weld steel components to company quality standards Read and interpret CAD drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication details Accurately read and use a tape measure Cut, fit, grind, and prepare steel materials for fabrication Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines Follow all shop safety procedures and guidelines Qualifications Entry-level to experienced candidates are encouraged to apply MIG welding experience preferred Ability to accurately read a tape measure Ability to read and interpret CAD or fabrication drawings Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Compensation & Benefits $20-$25 per hour , depending on experience Health insurance Paid holidays 401(k) with company matching Monday-Friday schedule Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth Stable, full-time position with a growing company If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in building high-quality custom projects, and want an opportunity to grow your skills and career, we'd love to hear from you.
