At AEM we pride ourselves on being a one-stop shop for all your metal fabrication needs. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. This opportunity is a full time position geared with opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques and be proficient in working with sheet metal. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, be mechanically inclined to contribute to our production needs. Responsibilities Set up and operate MIG, TIG, LASER and ROBOT welding equipment. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. Meet safety, quality, and productivity expectations. Utilize hand tools and machining equipment effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal components. Work in various areas and collaborate with team members. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures. Ideal Experience Experience in a metal manufacturing facility. Proficient in MIG, TIG, LASER and ROBOTIC welding. Experience with machining processes and the use of hand tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
