Job Description

Paulsonbilt is a leader in fabricating durable steel containers and clothing donation bins for municipalities, commercial partners, and community organizations. We're seeking an experienced MIG Welder who takes pride in producing watertight, structurally sound welds and can thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. You'll work on a variety of container sizes and configurations, collaborating with a small, skilled team to deliver products that stand up to real-world use. This role is ideal for welders who enjoy hands-on fabrication, problem solving on the shop floor, and owning the quality of their work from setup to final inspection.
