•5:00 AM start, 10-hour shifts, 50 hour weeks. Every other week 60 hour work week. Job Summary The Structural Steel Welder is responsible for welding and fabricating structural steel components used in major bridge and infrastructure projects. This role requires strong Flux Core welding skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. Qualifications Two or more years of structural steel welding experience required Flux Core (FCAW) welding experience required Experience with GMAW/MIG, SAW, and SMAW is a plus Current or prior AWS welding certifications preferred , particularly
