Board Developer is looking for a creative, motivated person to help bring our company and client brands to life through short-form content. This flexible, part-time role combines on-location filming with remote editing and content creation. It's a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build your portfolio, and create content for a variety of businesses and organizations. Success in this role means bringing fresh ideas to the table, creating polished content on time, and communicating reliably with our team and clients. Responsibilities

• Brainstorm creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and shot ideas
• Film short-form content at locations throughout the Greater Phoenix area
• Turn raw footage into engaging reels and vertical videos
• Add captions, music, graphics, transitions, and brand elements
• Stay current on social media trends and suggest new ideas
• Help create content that supports each client's marketing goals
• Assist with Meta paid ads Qualifications
• Experience creating short-form content through work, school, internships, or personal projects
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, , TikTok, and current social media trends
• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software
• Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable sharing ideas
• Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
• Reliable transportation to local filming locations
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus, but not required Students, recent graduates, and early-career creatives are encouraged to apply.
