+ Content Coordinator Neutral Ground is a growing women's clothing boutique built around effortless style, beautiful details, natural-feeling fabrics, and pieces our customers can truly live in. We're looking for a creative, social-media-obsessed Social Media

+ Content Coordinator to help bring the Neutral Ground brand to life online. This is a hands-on creative position for someone who loves fashion, understands social media, has a strong visual eye, and can turn everyday moments into content people genuinely want to watch, save and share. You'll work closely with our founder to plan, film, edit and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and other social platforms while helping us create a consistent and recognizable online presence. What You'll Do Film and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok Help create approximately 5 short-form videos each week Create and coordinate static posts and carousels Capture and publish consistent Instagram Stories Build and maintain our weekly social media content calendar Photograph and film new products, styling content and behind-the-scenes moments Help create content surrounding new collections and product launches Write captions and help maintain Neutral Ground's brand voice Repurpose content thoughtfully across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook Identify relevant social trends, hooks and content opportunities Engage with our online community through comments and social interactions Find and organize customer-generated content Track content performance and identify concepts worth repeating Help maintain a bank of ready-to-use content so we can stay consistently ahead You Might Be Perfect for This Role If.. . You genuinely love social media and naturally notice what makes content engaging. You understand the difference between content that simply looks pretty and content that makes someone stop scrolling. You have a strong eye for fashion, branding and visual storytelling. You're comfortable filming on an iPhone and editing short-form video. You're familiar with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Instagram and TikTok. You're organized enough to manage a content calendar but creative enough to constantly bring new ideas to it. You don't need to be handed every idea. If you see a rack of new clothes, your brain immediately starts thinking about what we could film. You enjoy working in a small, growing business where your ideas can actually make an impact. Most importantly, you're proactive, kind, dependable and excited about helping build something. What We're Looking For Strong short-form video editing skills Strong visual/aesthetic sense Understanding of Instagram and TikTok culture Excellent organization and communication Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines Comfortable giving creative direction during filming Interest in fashion, lifestyle and boutique brands Scottsdale/Phoenix-area availability Ability to work in person regularly Previous social media or content creation experience is preferred, but an exceptional portfolio and strong creative instincts matter more to us than a specific number of years of experience.
