55 -65k DOE We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing and Design Specialist to elevate our brand presence through compelling visual storytelling and strategic marketing initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend creative artistry with digital marketing expertise, contributing to impactful campaigns across multiple platforms. As a key member of our team, you will harness your technical proficiency and artistic talent to craft engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences and drives brand growth. Duties Plan and manage social media content, including copy, graphics, short-form videos, comments, and performance tracking. Create marketing materials such as social media posts, event invitations, training and trade-show materials, website banners, product visuals, and dealer/contractor collateral. Maintain and update website content, including product info, news, promos, training events, and marketing resources. Support product launches, promotions, dealer trainings, exhibitions, and other marketing activities. Maintain the company's brand asset library, including logos, product images, videos, templates, and digital files. Coordinate with external vendors such as designers, printers, photographers and videographers, and advertising partners. Review social media, website, and campaign results and recommend improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or advertising preferred. At least 2 years' experience in marketing, social media, content creation, and website management. Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar. Strong visual judgement, layout skills, attention to detail, and brand awareness. Pay:
