Manager of Event ContentDucks Unlimited National Headquarters Memphis, TNDucks Unlimited has an opening for a Full-Time Manager of Event Content. The position will be responsible for managing content within the Ducks Unlimited Event Fundraising Division to build brand awareness and engage in-person and online audiences. This position will work at DU National Headquarters in Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities:

The Manager of Event Contents duties and responsibilities encompass managing all facets of content created for the event fundraising division. Shoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video, static graphics, and written copy for social media platforms and event useStay up to date on internet culture, memes, and algorithmic shifts to create timely, relevant contentMaintain an editorial calendar and plan publishing pipelines with coordination of our social media and marketing teamsTrack engagement metrics and analytics to refine future content strategies

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with video capture, lighting, audio recording, and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.)Strong storytelling and scriptwriting abilities tailored to specific digital platformsComfortable hosting videos, conducting interviews, or acting as the face of a brand when required1 to 5+ years of digital media, social media, or video production experience, supported by an online portfolio or reelKnowledge/experience with the outdoor industry and waterfowl hunting is preferredSuccessful applicants will be self-motivated and eager to accept challenging goals. This position requires an aptitude for building and managing relationships with a diverse group of volunteers and employees, with an emphasis on effective verbal and written communication skills.

Candidates must be able to work proficiently on a personal computer, have basic skills in MS Office applications, and have a working familiarity with the Internet. The successful candidate will be required to develop computer skills specific to Ducks Unlimited Inc.s standardized information systems. A valid drivers license and clean driving record are required.

Salary will be based on experience and education.
