Summary As a Content Creator at Salon 10 LLC, you will play a vital role in crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand presence. This position is essential in supporting our mission of exceptional customer engagement and delivering quality experiences. Responsibilities Create compelling and informative content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and marketing materials. Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content topics. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with brand goals. Manage social media accounts by creating posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers. Utilize social listening tools to monitor audience sentiment and trends. Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand voice. Assist in developing advertising campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message. Build relationships with influencers and community members to enhance brand visibility. Design visually appealing flyers. Revamp and enhance website designs. Create eye-catching banners for various platforms. Produce engaging social media reels. Capture and edit high-quality photographs. Manage and post social media stories. Generate daily content featuring satisfied customers. Foster social media engagement by responding to comments. Collaborate with staff to gather content. Create tutorial and transition videos focused on beauty. Document before-and-after transformations through photos and videos. Execute SMS and email marketing campaigns. Craft compelling captions for social media posts. Qualifications Proven experience as a content writer or similar role in the beauty or personal care industry. Strong research skills to create accurate and engaging content. Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and tools. Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficiently. Experience in advertising or promotional writing is a plus. Strong relationship management skills to foster connections within the community.
