Live Stream & E-Commerce Operations Assistant Job Type:

Part-Time (15-30 hours/week, flexible/fluctuating based on stream schedules). Sunday, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday are required. Other days are flexible and under the discretion of you to manage.

About the Role Are you dynamic, tech-savvy, and deeply familiar with social commerce platforms like TikTok, Whatnot, Poshmark Live, and eBay Live ? We are looking for an organized, highly attentive Live Stream & E-Commerce Assistant to support live interactive sales and streamline behind-the-scenes fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for a fast, detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a self-sufficient manner, takes pride in precise inventory care, and excels at accurate tracking.

Key Responsibilities Live Stream Support:

Assist during live interactive broadcasts across platforms (TikTok, Whatnot, Poshmark Live, eBay Live) by taking accurate real-time notes, tracking customer requests, and logging winning bids/sales.

Meticulous Order & Video Verification:

Carefully match and organize inventory items for outgoing orders. Watch video receipts/playback recordings to double-check that the exact item shown and sold on stream matches the item being prepared for packing.

Packing:

Carefully bubble-wrap and package items after identifying outgoing orders.

Inventory Management:

Maintain precise inventory tracking, shelf organization, and stock counts before and after live selling events. Communicate with Owner for prior week orders and pending orders.

Certificate of Authenticity:

Take photos and obtain a COA for a handful of items per week.

Careful Inventory Handling:

Handle high-grade, premium product inventory with extreme care, discretion, and strict attention to condition.

Operations & Tech:

Utilize mobile apps, desktop software, and streaming dashboards simultaneously to keep shows running smoothly. Requirements & Qualifications Active user of or deeply familiar with live commerce platforms ( TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Poshmark Lives, eBay Lives ). Meticulous Attention to

Exceptional visual focus and memory needed to verify inventory against stream recordings and logs.

Demonstrated reliability, honesty, and high personal accountability when working around sensitive materials.

Tech-Savvy & Fast-Paced:

Comfortable typing notes quickly, managing live chats, and navigating multiple e-commerce apps during fast-paced streams.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work variable hours based on live streaming schedules (including potential evening or weekend shows). Preferred Attributes Upbeat attitude with a strong interest in live shopping, online sales, and fashion/retail trends. Ability to be self-sufficient and trustworthy.

Pay:

$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
