Full-Time Pay:

$23/hour Job Overview Lady Conceal is a growing online wholesale and retail business specializing in concealed carry handbags, accessories, and lifestyle products. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented E-Commerce and Customer Service Specialist to support our daily operations across multiple online sales platforms while also assisting with order fulfillment, shipping, and customer service. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, creative, and dependable, enjoys variety in their work, and wants to grow with a small but fast-moving company. An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn are highly valued. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and TikTok online platforms Manage and update product listings on Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and TikTok Create, edit, and upload product descriptions Develop and edit images and videos Assist with Amazon listings and FBA shipments Process sales transactions and refunds Assist in filling and shipping orders Returns

• Refunds and repackaging returns Assist with Inventory management Provide customer support via email and phone Develop engaging social media posts
• Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok Help foster brand loyalty Required Skills & Qualifications Work in the office, not remote Strong computer skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms preferred Skilled in creating, editing, and uploading product descriptions and images Comfortable multitasking between office work and hands-on fulfillment Knowledge of social media platforms Able to lift 35•45 lbs.

Fell comfortable selling purses equipped to carry a firearm Preferred Qualifications Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and TikTok Experience with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, and/or video editing E-commerce or small business experience Warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience Video editing Knowledge of social media platforms and basic social media marketing Basic photography skills (not required) Benefits Competitive pay Paid vacation after a year IRA (matching) Opportunity to grow with the company
