$23/hour Job Overview Lady Conceal is a growing e-commerce company specializing in concealed carry handbags, accessories, and lifestyle products. We sell directly to consumers and wholesale customers through multiple online channels, including Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and TikTok Shop. We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist who is organized, creative, tech-savvy, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced small-business environment. This is a hands-on position with a strong focus on e-commerce. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or another major e-commerce platform and be comfortable learning new systems. This is a full-time, in-office position at our Golden, Colorado location. It is not a remote position. Primary Responsibilities Manage and update product listings across Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and TikTok Create and edit product titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and other listing information Assist with the day-to-day operation of our Shopify website and other online sales channels Work within Amazon Seller Central and assist with product listings and FBA shipments Upload and organize product images and videos Create and edit product graphics and short-form videos using programs such as Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut Help maintain accurate online inventory and product information Process online sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and returns Assist with social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Respond professionally to customer questions by email and phone Help maintain a positive customer experience and build brand loyalty Assist with order fulfillment, shipping, inventory, returns, and other day-to-day operations as needed. Required Qualifications At least 1 year of hands-on e-commerce experience using Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Etsy, TikTok Shop, or a comparable online selling platform Strong computer and technology skills Experience creating, editing, or maintaining online product listings Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Comfortable learning new software and online platforms Ability to work Monday-Friday in our Golden, Colorado office Ability to occasionally lift packages weighing approximately 35-45 lbs. Comfortable working for a company that sells concealed carry purse designed for responsible firearm owners Preferred Qualifications Experience in any of the following is a plus but is not required: Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and TikTok Experience with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, and/or video editing E-commerce or small business experience Video editing Knowledge of social media platforms and basic social media marketing Shipping and fulfillment Basic photography skills (not required) Benefits Competitive hourly pay starting at $23.00 Retirement plan with company matching Paid holidays Paid vacation/PTO after one year Employee discount Monday-Friday schedule Opportunity to grow and take on additional responsibilities
