$75,000-$85,000 per year, based on experience About the Role A1HC is a growing home textile and furnishings company looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to take full ownership of our warehouse operation. This is not a desk-only management role. The right candidate will spend significant time on the warehouse floor managing people, monitoring productivity, solving problems and ensuring daily targets are consistently achieved. Responsibilities Manage daily inbound, inventory and outbound warehouse operations Create daily labor plans based on workload and staffing Monitor productivity, labor hours, cost per order and operational KPIs Ensure orders ship accurately and on time Oversee receiving, putaway, inventory accuracy and warehouse organization Hire, train, coach and performance-manage warehouse employees Establish clear productivity standards and employee accountability Build SOPs and cross-training programs Identify staffing or operational risks before they become emergencies Provide clear daily reporting on output, labor, backlogs and issues Continuously improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy and labor utilization Qualifications 5+ years of warehouse, fulfillment or distribution experience 3+ years managing warehouse employees Experience with e-commerce, DTC or retail fulfillment preferred Strong experience with both inbound receiving and outbound fulfillment Proven ability to manage warehouse productivity and KPIs Experience hiring, training and managing employee performance Strong inventory-control and labor-planning skills Hands-on leadership style and willingness to be actively involved on the warehouse floor Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills Experience managing warehouses of 25,000-100,000+ sq. ft. is preferred.
