E-Commerce, Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Specialist USA Vacs / Great Lakes Vacuum is looking for a dependable, organized full-time team member to help manage our growing online business. This position combines e-commerce, shipping, receiving, customer service, and product management . You will work with online orders, shipping software, suppliers, inventory, customers, and our WooCommerce website.

Responsibilities include:

Process online orders through WooCommerce Create shipping labels and manage shipments in ShipStation Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment Place drop-ship orders with suppliers Track backorders and delayed products Receive incoming merchandise Label and organize products when they arrive Verify quantities, SKUs, and products received Answer customer phone calls and emails about orders, tracking, shipping, returns, and backorders Learn vacuum cleaners, parts, bags, belts, filters, and accessories so you can help customers with product questions Update product prices, costs, inventory, and availability on our website Add new products to the website Update discontinued and backordered products Maintain product descriptions, images, SKUs, and other product information Check supplier websites for pricing and availability changes Help keep online orders and inventory accurate Assist with general e-commerce and store operations as needed What we are looking for: Strong attention to detail Very comfortable using computers Good phone and customer service skills Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Dependable and able to work independently Comfortable switching between computer work, answering phones, packing orders, and receiving merchandise Willing to learn vacuum cleaners and replacement parts Experience with WooCommerce, WordPress, ShipStation, Shopify, shipping software, or e-commerce is a plus Experience with UPS, USPS, FedEx, inventory, purchasing, or online order fulfillment is a plus Vacuum industry experience is not required . We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, organized, and willing to learn.

$20.00-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
