This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee end-to-end e-commerce processes, optimize supply chain and logistics functions, and enhance customer experience through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and digital commerce, with a passion for delivering seamless online shopping experiences. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with business goals to increase online sales and market share. Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels through effective demand planning, procurement, and inventory control techniques. Manage logistics operations including warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and transportation planning utilizing transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS). Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL), freight carriers, NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), and other transportation partners to optimize freight costs and delivery timelines. Utilize data analysis skills and supply chain analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify process improvements, and implement operational efficiencies. Ensure regulatory compliance across international trade regulations, transportation safety regulations, packaging standards, and customs requirements. Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives related to materials handling, category management, sourcing, procurement, and warehouse operations. Maintain high levels of customer service by ensuring timely order processing, accurate shipping logistics, and effective communication with customers. Leverage technical proficiency in ERP systems like AS400 or CMMS platforms to streamline operations and improve data accuracy. Promote safety standards within warehouse operations including forklift operation and road transportation safety regulations. Experience Proven experience managing e-commerce logistics or supply chain functions within a logistics company or similar environment. Strong background in supply chain management including inventory management, warehouse management system (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and freight coordination. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent team management skills. Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping logistics on a global scale. Technical proficiency with ERP systems such as AS400 or equivalent enterprise resource planning tools; advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and analysis. Experience working with road transportation operations, dispatching, picking & packing processes, materials handling equipment like forklifts, and shipping & receiving procedures. Knowledge of procurement strategies including sourcing from multiple suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for demand planning and supply chain optimization. Prior experience working within a warehouse environment or logistics company that emphasizes regulatory compliance and operational excellence is highly desirable.
