Our Sales & Marketing team plays a major role in the growth of the business. Each specialist takes ownership of specific product categories and is responsible for how those products are positioned, marketed, merchandised, and grown online. We are a fast-paced company where good ideas can quickly turn into real initiatives. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Specialist to take ownership of product categories across our online sales channels. This is not a narrow marketing role. You will have the opportunity to work across e-commerce merchandising, paid advertising, SEO, content, product launches, competitive research, analytics, and sales strategy. You will essentially act as the business owner for your assigned product categories—monitoring performance, identifying opportunities, testing new ideas, and developing strategies to grow traffic, conversion, and revenue. We provide the tools, resources, and creative support. We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical, proactive, and excited to figure out how to make things perform better. Requirements What You'll Do... Own & Grow Product Categories Take responsibility for the performance of assigned product categories. Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, advertising, and product performance to identify opportunities for growth. Manage E-Commerce Product Listings Launch new products and maintain existing listings across multiple e-commerce websites. Ensure product information, imagery, specifications, merchandising, and customer-facing content are accurate and compelling. Drive Traffic & Revenue Develop and manage digital marketing strategies using channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SEO, email marketing, affiliate programs, and other growth opportunities. Improve SEO & Organic Visibility Research keywords, optimize product and category content, evaluate search performance, and identify opportunities to increase organic traffic. Develop Engaging Content Work with our internal design and video teams to create product imagery, category content, buying guides, landing pages, promotions, and other marketing assets that improve the customer experience and drive sales. Analyze Performance & Test New Ideas Use sales data, website analytics, advertising results, and competitive research to identify opportunities. Test new strategies, measure results, and continuously improve performance. Launch New Products & Categories Help bring new products to market by determining how they should be positioned, priced, merchandised, and promoted. Monitor the Market Stay aware of competitors, pricing, product trends, customer behavior, and new opportunities within the e-commerce landscape. Ideal candidates will have:

Experience or knowledge in e-commerce, digital marketing, online sales, or a related field
Familiarity with SEO, PPC, marketplace management, affiliate marketing, or other digital acquisition channels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
