Top Job Located in Kennewick, WA Office/ E-commerce Support Tri-Cities, WA Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM $20+ per hour (DOE) Express is actively recruiting a detail-oriented person who enjoys variety in their workday. We're looking for a versatile Office Assistant to support a dynamic, multi-brand manufacturing operation for one of our clients. What You'll Do In this role, you'll be a key part of daily operations: Process sales and e-commerce orders Support accounts payable with accurate, timely processing Maintain organized financial and business records Assist with product receiving and returns Help with product instructions, marketing materials, or online listings Provide customer support via phone and email Preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical ability Experience with: Microsoft Office Suite Shopify or other e-commerce platforms Shipping systems like FedEx, UPS, etc. Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Experience with social media platforms Experience Relevant experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer Lift up to 15 lbs. regularly and 30 lbs. occasionally Interested?
