Job Description

Marketing Analyst Location:
Radnor, PA | Hybrid - 4 days in office, 1 day remote Join a high-performing marketing team supporting growth in the private equity and investment management space! We're looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst who enjoys being at the center of high-impact projects and working across content, business development, digital marketing, CRM, and events. What You'll Do Create compelling marketing content including proposals, brochures, pitch books, conference materials, press releases, social media content, and website copy. Own marketing projects from start to finish, managing timelines and workflows in Asana while coordinating internal stakeholders, agencies, and outside partners. Partner with Business Development on proposals, case studies, client communications, prospect needs, and initiatives designed to support new business and strengthen client relationships. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, digital, print, phone, and social media, using performance insights to increase brand awareness, engagement, and business opportunities. Manage and enhance Salesforce and other marketing systems, ensuring accurate client and prospect information while identifying opportunities to improve processes through AI, automation, and technology. Build executive-level presentations and reporting while providing insights that help leadership make informed marketing and business development decisions. Support high-profile events and industry conferences, managing logistics, communications, registration, materials, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Bring fresh ideas to the team, identifying opportunities to improve marketing processes, strengthen the firm's brand, and increase efficiency. What We're Looking For 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally within financial services, investment management, private equity, professional services, or another structured environment. Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills with strong editorial judgment. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM; Asana or similar project management tools preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools is a plus, but not required.
