An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Prior experience in sales, sales operations, business development, commercial real estate, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to solve moderately complex problems using sound judgment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data inconsistencies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. An inquisitive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, process optimization, and supporting business growth.
