• Serve as the primary day-to-day analytics consultant to Marketing and Corporate teams.
• Act as the subject matter expert on marketplace performance, industry trends, and business drivers.
• Analyze market performance and identify factors driving growth or decline, providing recommendations to accelerate gains or address performance gaps.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on key business questions and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Synthesize insights from multiple commercial and omnichannel data sources, including POS, panel, loyalty, shipments, retail inventory, media, coupons, price and promotion, and brand health data.
• Develop compelling narratives that translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Influence stakeholders and organizational decision-making through strong consultative and storytelling skills.
• Partner with consumer insights, shopper insights, analytics, and other cross-functional teams to enhance organizational learning and insight delivery.
• Identify business opportunities, competitive dynamics, and market trends through primary and secondary research.
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations using logical, data-driven storyboards and executive-level presentations.
• Support data management, data governance, and advanced analytics initiatives as business needs arise.
• Provide insights and recommendations that support strategic business planning and performance improvement. Candidates for Lead Market Brand Analytics must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of analytics experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment; nutritional supplements experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of commercial data sources, including POS, panel, loyalty, media, price/promotion, and brand health data.
• Experience with data analytics, data visualization, and statistical modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environments.

Pay Details:
