Lead SEO and SEM strategy across organic search and paid search channels.
Manage Google Ads campaigns, advertising budgets, performance tracking, and optimization.
Guide team priorities, campaign execution, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content, website, analytics, and lead generation projects.
3+ years of SEO, SEM, or digital marketing experience.
Experience managing paid search campaigns and advertising budgets.
Proven leadership, coaching, or team management experience.
Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, and search analytics.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar digital marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Ability to balance hands-on campaign management with strategic planning and team leadership. Preferred Qualifications
