Job Summary In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping and maintaining our brand's online presence across various social media platforms. Your enthusiasm for digital marketing, keen eye for content creation, and expertise in reputation management will drive engagement, enhance brand visibility, and foster positive relationships with our audience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in social media strategy, analytics, and digital branding within a fast-paced environment. Duties Develop and implement engaging social media content strategies tailored to different platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Conduct social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback across digital channels. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics with Google Analytics and social media analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness. Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster positive relationships and uphold brand reputation. Collaborate with the marketing team on public relations initiatives and digital campaigns that align with branding goals. Conduct keyword research for content optimization and improve SEO strategies to increase online visibility. Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and conversions. Prepare regular reports on media performance analytics and digital marketing performance monitoring to inform strategic decisions. Requirements Proven experience or strong interest in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields. Proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc., Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite; video editing experience is a plus. Strong content creation skills including writing engaging posts and proofreading for clarity and accuracy. Ability to analyze social media data to derive actionable insights for campaign improvement. Excellent communication skills with a focus on social media communication strategies. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
