Role:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell plywoods and doors across Thane & Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit dealers, retailers, contractors & builders Generate new business & onboard new dealers/retailers Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets Build & maintain customer relationships Explain product features, benefits & specifications Take orders & coordinate for timely deliveries Follow up on payments & collections Monitor market trends & competitor activities Maintain daily visit reports & sales updates

Requirements:

Diploma/Graduate preferred 1-5 years of field sales experience Experience in plywood, doors, hardware, building materials, or related industries preferred Good communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills Hindi & Marathi required; English is an added advantage Comfortable with extensive field travel Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel & CRM tools Self-motivated, customer-focused & target-oriented Bike + valid driving licence preferred
