What You'll Do Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Learn about each client's insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions. Review client accounts to identify coverage gaps and opportunities for improvement. Clearly explain policy details, coverage changes, and the claims process. Assist clients with insurance applications and required documentation. Handle confidential information carefully and follow applicable privacy and compliance requirements. Discuss policy options and help secure positive outcomes for clients. Collaborate with team members on sales, account management, and customer-service initiatives. Bring enthusiasm, encouragement, and a team-first attitude to the workplace. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings. What We're Looking For Experience in insurance sales, customer service, retail sales, outside sales, or a related field. A positive, energetic personality and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others. The ability to build rapport and earn clients' trust. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyze client needs. Confidence discussing solutions and handling client concerns professionally. Effective negotiation and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools is a plus. A dependable, self-motivated, and collaborative approach. Enthusiasm is a must!
