Job Description
Account Manager Pacific Point Apparel - Ferndale, WA Full-Time | $25-$29/hour Pacific Point Apparel is looking for a motivated and organized Account Manager to join our growing team. This position is responsible for managing new and existing customer accounts, responding to incoming leads, following up on opportunities, and helping customers move their projects from initial conversation through approval and production. Previous embroidery or printing experience is not required . We are willing to train the right person on our products, services, and internal processes. Responsibilities Manage new and existing customer accounts Respond to incoming leads and quote requests Follow up with customers and open opportunities Make outbound calls to potential customers Help customers select products and understand available options Coordinate quotes, artwork, approvals, and order details Maintain strong communication throughout the customer experience Make sure projects are complete and ready before handing them to production Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business Work closely with the production and operations team What We're Looking For Previous account management, customer service, sales, or similar experience Strong phone, email, and customer communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable following up and asking for the sale Able to manage multiple customers and projects at once Strong follow-through and sense of ownership Professional, dependable, and motivated Quick learner who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience in apparel, embroidery, printing, or promotional products is a plus, but not required . Compensation $25-$29 per hour, depending on experience. About Pacific Point Apparel Pacific Point Apparel is a growing custom apparel company located in Ferndale, Washington.
