Job Description

Brokerage & Marketing Coordinator Job Summary Our commercial real estate investment sales team at Colliers is looking for a highly organized, proactive Brokerage & Marketing Coordinator to join our Pleasant Grove office. This person will work directly with our brokerage team and play an important role in keeping our marketing, transactions, schedules, research, and day-to-day operations organized and moving forward. We operate in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. The ideal candidate is someone who anticipates needs, takes ownership, communicates well, and can quickly solve problems without needing constant direction. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, in-office position. Responsibilities Create and edit property marketing flyers, offering memorandums, listing presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials Manage calendars, schedule meetings and property tours, and help keep the brokerage team organized Track transaction timelines, due diligence periods, closing dates, and other important deadlines Assist with property, tenant, ownership, and market research Compile market data and assist with reports, presentations, and client materials Maintain organized files, databases, and information for active listings and transactions Assist with email, digital, print, and social media marketing Write and edit marketing content, emails, presentations, and client communications Communicate and coordinate with Colliers staff, other brokers and agents, clients, title companies, vendors, and other parties involved in transactions Plan and coordinate client events, team parties, meetings, and other activities Help improve internal processes, organization, and efficiency Anticipate the needs of the brokerage team and proactively address tasks before they become problems Jump in and help with additional projects and responsibilities as they arise Qualifications Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously Resourceful problem solver who can work independently and find solutions quickly Self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative without waiting for step-by-step direction Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally with a wide variety of people Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience creating and editing professional marketing materials Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign, is strongly preferred Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and Dropbox is preferred Comfortable learning new software, technology, and systems quickly Prior experience in commercial real estate, brokerage support, marketing, finance, professional services, or a related field is preferred but not required Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required About Our Team Our investment sales team at Colliers specializes in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate throughout the Mountain States, with a primary focus on retail investment properties. We work with institutional and private investors and operate in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. This position will work closely with our brokers and become an important part of keeping the team organized and operating efficiently.

$60,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
