Salary + performance incentives ( $30,000-$60,000 ) Paid Time Off Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Flex Spending Account 401(k) with company match Employee vehicle and service discounts Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all internet sales operations and digital lead activity Engage with customers through email, phone, text, chat, and social media platforms Respond promptly to online inquiries and guide guests through the sales process Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and follow up with new and repeat guests Assist guests with vehicle selection, trade-in information, and appointment scheduling Coordinate test drives and work closely with the sales team to convert leads to sales Communicate consistently with sales managers regarding performance and opportunities Act as a liaison with third-party digital marketing and inventory platforms Maintain departmental goals to enhance guest experience and sales performance Stay current on performance metrics, technology, product knowledge, and best practices Maintain a professional appearance and positive online presence Attend sales meetings, product training, and ongoing development sessions Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team Proven sales or customer service experience (automotive experience preferred) Excellent communication skills with strong digital engagement capabilities Results-driven, competitive, and focused on delivering an outstanding guest experience Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools Must be authorized to work in the United States, possess a valid driver's license, and successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings (including preemployment drug screening) in accordance with applicable laws.
