Sr. Project Manager, Project Managers, Lead Technicians, Technicians Run a Region Like It's Your Own Business Every hospital, school, lab, and office tower in the Southwest has one thing in common: somebody has to make the air work . Test, Adjust & Balance (TAB) is the precision side of commercial HVAC — and demand for it keeps growing faster than the talent pool. The Regional Manager is the person who makes it all run: you lead regional project operations end to end, supervise Sr. Project Managers, Project Managers, and Field Technicians, drive field performance through your Lead Technicians, and own accountability to key operational metrics. It's a pivotal leadership seat that bridges day-to-day project delivery with strategic regional oversight. And this isn't operations-only. You'll also grow the region — selling HVAC Testing, Adjusting and Balancing services to the commercial HVAC contractor community by educating customers on our firm, winning opportunities to bid projects, and closing deals in your regional offices. Operator + seller + coach. If you've spent a decade running HVAC or TAB projects and you're ready to run the whole region — the people, the numbers, and the growth — this is the seat. Why Leaders Choose Airadigm Real ownership — the regional P&L is yours: project execution, technician development, and financial results A pivotal seat, not a middle layer — you bridge day-to-day delivery with strategic regional oversight, reporting directly to the VP of Operations Build the team — develop Sr. PMs, PMs, APMs, and Lead Technicians, and shape how technicians progress toward certification Remote home office — run your region from a home base, with occasional travel for job sites and team meetings Growth mandate — sell a service the market genuinely needs, in a trade where demand outstrips supply Variety every week — hospitals, labs, schools, high-rises; no two projects (or weeks) look the same What You'll Actually Do (Key Responsibilities) This is the full job — no surprises on day one: Regional Division Leadership Lead overall performance of the regional division, including project execution, technician management, and financial results Facilitate weekly operations meetings to align SPM, PMs, APMs, and field teams with regional and company goals Team Oversight & Development Manage and develop Sr. Project Manager, Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Lead Technicians Conduct formal performance reviews, issue disciplinary actions when necessary, and make termination decisions as needed Handle technician concerns, including personal, non-job-related issues, and ensure alignment with core values and expectations Oversee technician training progression and certification pacing High-Value Client Management Serve as primary point of contact for high-value customers; attend pre-construction and active project meetings to represent company interests and resolve concerns in real time Ensure project data, JEM entries, and scheduling reports are complete, accurate across all accounts, and ready for leadership review Manage project closeout, rejected report responses, and customer questions Oversee billing status and collaborate with PM, APM, and Accounting on client invoicing Project Oversight & Execution Provide leadership and support for project delivery across all account types Step in directly on complex or at-risk projects to ensure successful resolution Schedule & Resource Management Final review and approval of the regional schedule, ensuring alignment with labor availability and technician development pacing Monitor project backlog to ensure accurate forecasting and manpower planning KPI & Financial Management Own and act on key performance metrics including JEM, TPS, gross profit, punch list durations, and change orders Review and manage regional profit and loss (P&L), working with leadership to meet financial goals Quality Control & Compliance Enforce documentation standards, report formatting, and data entry accuracy across the regional team Ensure consistent use of company systems (e.g., USA Balancer) and compliance with internal procedures Sales Cultivate relationships with commercial construction contractors to support continued achievement of growth targets Proactively identify potential commercial construction accounts through networking, cold calling, and market research, as well as utilizing internal bid service software to identify potential clients and build rapport What It Takes (Qualifications) Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) Solid understanding of TAB processes, field operations, and reporting requirements Understanding of — and willingness to work in — the fast-paced world of commercial construction Experience and Education 10+ years of project management experience in HVAC, TAB, or a similar industry Prior experience supervising a team of Project Managers and technicians NEBB Certification or equivalent is strongly preferred Experience with KPI-driven performance management required The Practical Side (Physical Requirements) This role runs from a home office, with a hands-on presence in the field when it counts.
