Sr. Project Manager, Project Managers, Lead Technicians, Technicians Run a Region Like It's Your Own Business Every hospital, school, lab, and office tower in the Southwest has one thing in common: somebody has to make the air work . Test, Adjust & Balance (TAB) is the precision side of commercial HVAC — and demand for it keeps growing faster than the talent pool. The Regional Manager is the person who makes it all run: you lead regional project operations end to end, supervise Sr. Project Managers, Project Managers, and Field Technicians, drive field performance through your Lead Technicians, and own accountability to key operational metrics. You'll also grow the region — selling HVAC Testing, Adjusting and Balancing services to the commercial HVAC contractor community by educating customers on our firm, winning opportunities to bid projects, and closing deals in your regional offices.
