JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a leading manufacturer of premium wide-plank flooring, is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead national sales growth and commercial strategy initiatives. This person will develop and execute outbound sales strategies, lead and develop a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth through luxury specification and relationship-based sales. The ideal candidate has proven luxury specification sales experience, a strong track record of sales leadership and team development and exceptional analytical and business planning skills with a demonstrated hunter mentality.
