Job Description

Full-Time Director of Marketing and Development Immaculate Heart Central School Immaculate Heart Central, a Catholic school serving students in PreK through Grade 12 , is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Director of Marketing and Development to join our leadership team. The Director of Marketing and Development will play an integral role in advancing the mission and long-term success of Immaculate Heart Central by strengthening the school's public presence, increasing awareness of its academic and faith-based experience, supporting enrollment growth and building meaningful relationships with families, alumni, donors, parish communities and other supporters. This position offers an opportunity for a strategic and relationship-oriented professional to make a meaningful impact on the school community while developing and executing initiatives that support IHC's enrollment, fundraising, communications and institutional advancement goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that reflects the school's Catholic mission and values. Promote the school's academic excellence, faith formation, student experiences, and community through print, digital, and social media. Manage the school's website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other communications. Create compelling content, including stories, photographs, videos, and promotional materials. Coordinate enrollment marketing initiatives, open houses, admissions events, and community outreach. Develop and execute annual fundraising and development strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with alumni, parents, grandparents, donors, parish communities, and other supporters. Plan and coordinate fundraising events, annual giving campaigns, and donor communications. Identify and cultivate prospective donors and support grant-writing and major-gift initiatives. Maintain accurate donor records and provide regular reports on marketing and development activities. Collaborate with the principal, faculty, staff, and school leadership to advance institutional goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, nonprofit management, or a related field. Experience in marketing, fundraising, development, communications, or a related role. Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging content and manage multiple projects independently. Familiarity with social media, website management, and digital marketing tools. Experience with donor relations, fundraising campaigns, or nonprofit development preferred. Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
