Job Description

Membership & Partnership Manager NARI Milwaukee, Inc. Wauwatosa, WI Job Details Full-time $55,000 - $65,000 a year 1 hour ago Benefits Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Qualifications B2B business model Sales pipeline management Corporate sales environment CRM system proficiency Full Job Description NARI Milwaukee is looking for a relationship-driven sales professional who loves people, outreach, follow-up, and variety. This role is all about growing membership, strengthening retention, and building sponsorship and partner relationships in the remodeling industry.
Why This Role Is Worth Your Attention:
  • You get to build real relationships with remodeling professionals, industry partners, and future members.
  • No two days are the same. One day may be prospecting and member calls, the next may be an event, sponsor meeting, or helping connect a member to the right opportunity.
  • You will be part of a small, collaborative team that cares deeply about the industry and the people in it.
  • You will have clear ownership of new member growth, retention, and sponsorship sales.
What You'll Spend Most of Your Time Doing:
  • Recruiting and converting new members through calls, meetings, referrals, events, and follow-up.
  • Retaining members by building relationships, improving onboarding, and helping members stay connected.
  • Selling sponsorships and partnership opportunities tied to NARI Milwaukee programs and events.
  • Tracking outreach, pipeline activity, and results in the AMS/CRM and staying organized on follow-through.
You'll Likely Thrive Here If You Are:
  • Comfortable with sales, outreach, and asking for the business.
  • Strong at relationship-building and follow-up, not just first impressions.
  • Energized by meeting people, making connections, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized enough to manage a pipeline, renewal activity, and multiple conversations at once.
  • Someone who enjoys both independent work and being part of a close team.
This Probably Is Not the
Right Role If You:
  • Want a quiet back-office role with little outreach or relationship-building.
  • Prefer digital marketing over direct sales conversations and follow-up.
  • Dislike networking, phone calls, or in-person meetings.
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, membership, sponsorship, account management, or business development.
  • Demonstrated success in relationship-based selling, retention, account growth, or revenue generation.
  • Comfort with CRM/AMS systems, pipeline management, and organized follow-up.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Construction/remodeling interest is a plus.
The role includes local travel, roughly 12 evening commitments each year, and rare weekend events (three times per year).
Pay & Benefits:
  • $55,000-$65,000 base salary depending on experience, plus commission on retention, new members, sponsorship sales, and other incentives.
  • Paid Vacation & PTO, monthly health insurance stipend and mental health support, SIMPLE IRA with employer match and professional development stipend
