Job specific details:

• The Chief Perfusionist is responsible for directing and coordinating the perfusion service.
• Perform perfusion services in the operating room.
• Administrative and leadership duties such as supervising perfusion services staff (15-22 direct reports).
• Coordinate quality and customer services activities.
• Assist in the development and monitor the department budget.
• Serve as a technical and clinical resource to team members.
• Perform work assignments as needed to provide appropriate coverage and to mentor staff members.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certification in Cardiovascular Perfusion (CCP) required.
• 1 year of administrative experience required.
• Must be able to start 2-3 weeks after acceptance. Interim Leadership at Aya Healthcare
• W2 pay: $4800-5000/week
• Anticipated start date: 2-3 weeks after acceptance
