Job Description
Job specific details:
- The Chief Perfusionist is responsible for directing and coordinating the perfusion service.
- Perform perfusion services in the operating room.
- Administrative and leadership duties such as supervising perfusion services staff (15-22 direct reports).
- Coordinate quality and customer services activities.
- Assist in the development and monitor the department budget.
- Serve as a technical and clinical resource to team members.
- Perform work assignments as needed to provide appropriate coverage and to mentor staff members.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Certification in Cardiovascular Perfusion (CCP) required.
- 1 year of administrative experience required.
- Must be able to start 2-3 weeks after acceptance. Interim Leadership at Aya Healthcare
- W2 pay: $4800-5000/week
- Anticipated start date: 2-3 weeks after acceptance
