WHAT YOU'LL DO

Generate new business through neighborhoods, property managers, and multifamily communities. Conduct roof inspections and present findings to decision makers Educate customers on their options and guide them through the process Build trust with professional, honest communication Follow up with leads and manage your pipeline through close Represent our company with integrity in every interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Sales experience preferred (roofing, home improvement, or B2B a plus) Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to earn Excellent communication and people skills Comfortable prospecting in the field daily — doors, offices, or properties Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Coachable, competitive, and goal-oriented
