The Opportunity:

We're looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our sales team. No prior roofing experience is required - we provide comprehensive training and onboarding to set you up for success.

Training & Onboarding Structure:

Office Training (Days 1-3): Company overview, roofing systems, storm damage identification, insurance claim process, CRM tools, door-to-door sales approach, pitch script, and roleplay scenarios. Field Training (Days 4-13): Shadow a lead rep, assist with inspections, qualify leads, observe claim filings, and practice real-time sales pitches. Adjuster Meeting Training (After Day 13): Learn documentation practices, how to handle objections, and how to advocate for homeowners during adjuster meetings.
