What You'll Do Welcome every client with warmth and enthusiasm Learn clients' names and build genuine relationships Check members into class and provide outstanding customer service Educate prospective clients about memberships, promotions, and studio offerings Meet daily and weekly sales goals through authentic conversations Answer phones, emails, and client questions Keep the front desk organized, stocked, and welcoming Reset yoga props and clean studio mirrors between classes Help maintain the cleanliness of the entire studio, including locker rooms and bathrooms Work closely with instructors and teammates to deliver an exceptional studio experience Participate in monthly Team8 meetings and ongoing training Schedule Team8 Members work consistent block schedules, typically 4 shifts per week , allowing for routine and consistency. Shifts range from 4-6 hours and include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
