Phil Smith Acura is looking for a motivated and dependable Parts Advisor to join our team. No Dealership experience required. We are willing to train the right person! This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in the automotive industry and wants to build a career in a dealership environment. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Assist technicians and service advisors with parts requests Learn how to look up and identify automotive parts Provide parts pricing and availability Assist retail and wholesale customers at the counter and over the phone Process parts orders, returns, and special orders Make local parts deliveries to wholesale customers and other locations as needed Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts Help maintain an accurate and organized parts inventory Follow up on outstanding and special-order parts Work closely with our Parts and Service teams to help keep repairs moving Provide friendly and professional customer service What We're Looking For Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license Basic computer skills Good communication and customer service skills Dependable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take direction Positive, team-oriented attitude Be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
