In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing parts administration, and overseeing inventory processes related to automotive parts and accessories. Responsibilities Assist customers by providing expert advice on automotive parts and accessories to meet their needs. Manage parts administration tasks, including order processing, invoicing, and record keeping. Oversee inventory management to ensure stock levels are maintained accurately and efficiently. Utilize inventory management systems to track stock, update product information, and generate reports. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of automotive parts and accessories to support customer inquiries and sales. Promote products by posting listings on Facebook and eBay, ensuring accurate descriptions and competitive pricing. Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory turnover and improve overall store performance. Qualifications Previous experience in auto parts sales, management, or a related field is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
