Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Auto Parts Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing parts administration, and overseeing inventory processes related to automotive parts and accessories. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive parts management, proficiency with inventory management systems, and the ability to effectively promote products through online platforms such as Facebook and eBay. This position offers an engaging environment for individuals passionate about automotive industry and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist customers by providing expert advice on automotive parts and accessories to meet their needs. Manage parts administration tasks, including order processing, invoicing, and record keeping. Oversee inventory management to ensure stock levels are maintained accurately and efficiently. Utilize inventory management systems to track stock, update product information, and generate reports. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of automotive parts and accessories to support customer inquiries and sales. Promote products by posting listings on Facebook and eBay, ensuring accurate descriptions and competitive pricing. Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory turnover and improve overall store performance. Qualifications Previous experience in auto parts sales, management, or a related field is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and their applications. Proficiency with inventory management systems or software is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks. Familiarity with online selling platforms such as Facebook Marketplace and eBay is advantageous.
