We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our growing Parts Department. About the Role As a Parts Counterperson, you will play a vital role in supporting our Service Department, technicians, wholesale accounts, and retail customers by providing accurate parts recommendations and exceptional customer service. You'll work in a fast-paced dealership environment where efficiency, product knowledge, and teamwork are key to success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive parts experience who is looking to build a long-term career with one of Virginia's fastest-growing automotive groups. Responsibilities Assist technicians, Service Advisors, wholesale accounts, and retail customers with parts requests Identify and locate the correct parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems Process customer orders, invoices, and parts transactions accurately Receive, stock, organize, and maintain parts inventory Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Parts Department Support wholesale parts operations and customer deliveries as needed Work closely with the Service Department to ensure efficient repair operations Follow all dealership policies and manufacturer standards Compensation $60,000+ annually based on experience and performance Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan Paid Time Off Paid Training and Professional Development Employee Vehicle Purchase Program Employee Discounts on Vehicles, Parts, and Service Career Advancement Opportunities Supportive Team Environment Why Join Steven Kia? Qualifications Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle components Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment Basic computer skills and experience using dealership management systems preferred Positive attitude and strong work ethic Valid driver's license required
