Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for a customer-focused Apartment Showing Agent to conduct property tours, assist prospective tenants, and help generate successful lease applications. Responsibilities Conduct apartment tours and highlight property features and amenities. Answer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Schedule showings and follow up with prospective tenants. Assist clients with the rental application and leasing process. Coordinate with the office and property management team. Maintain accurate records of showings and client interactions. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-oriented, organized, and customer-focused. Real estate or sales experience is an advantage. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is a plus. Training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
