Real Estate Closing Coordinator & Legal Assistant Full-Time, In-Person, located in
Wakefield, Rhode Island Compensation Starting Salary:

This is a key position working directly with the Attorney and legal team to coordinate client matters from start to finish. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, careful attention to detail, the ability to follow established procedures, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. Experience with real estate closings, title work, lender requirements, or other process-driven legal work is highly valued and transfers well to this position. About Our Firm We are a boutique Rhode Island law firm concentrating in estate planning, elder law, probate, trust administration, and residential real estate.

Follow established office procedures and checklists. Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, financial institutions, municipalities, and other professionals. Prepare, organize, and track legal documents from opening through completion. Maintain accurate electronic and paper files. Monitor outstanding items and help keep matters moving efficiently. Provide administrative support to the Attorney and legal team. Deliver exceptional client service throughout every matter. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is: Professional, dependable, and accountable. Extremely detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Comfortable following established procedures and systems. Able to manage multiple files and competing deadlines. An excellent communicator with strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. You'll Stand Out If You Have Experience in a law firm, title company, lender, or real estate office. Experience coordinating residential or commercial real estate closings. Familiarity with title work, lender requirements, settlement statements, closing procedures, or transaction coordination.

From $65,000.00 per year
