Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends
• Create and maintain a database of potential clients
• Show properties to potential buyers and renters
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and appraisers

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and communication skills

A valid real estate license is required for this position. This is fully commission based opportunity.
