About us Virginia Realty Group is a successful boutique brokerage in Moneta, VA. We are professional, innovative and TOP agents in the Roanoke area. We are looking to add another agent to our VERY Successful, Exciting and Friendly Team. No Office Fees and No Monthly Fees!! Just Lots of Business Opportunities, Open House Opportunities and Leads! Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends
- Create and maintain a database of potential clients
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and appraisers
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and communication skills

A valid real estate license is required for this position. This is fully commission based opportunity.
