Leasing Consultant- Norfolk, VA Carlisle Residential Properties - 2.7 Norfolk, VA Job Details Part-time $25 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description Carlisle Residential is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Wainwright Downtown and Botetourt Apartments in Norfolk, VA.
Summary of Position:
Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for all residents, prospects and visitors to the community. Show apartments and amenities to future residents by appointment or walk ins. Assist residents, answer the telephone, and respond to emails in a timely manner. Complete all leasing paperwork and ensure resident file is complete. Compile and process applications. Explain lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residents. Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends and market surveys. Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents. Assist with marketing activities within the community and local market. Plan and coordinate resident events. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
A high school diploma or equivalent 1+ years' experience in apartment leasing role preferred, or equivalent customer service and sales experience Experience with lease-up properties a plus
